Abstract: With regard to the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) and its integration into healthcare, this panel will address the critical dimensions of an ethical, legal, and socially aware governance structure. Experts from various fields—technology, healthcare, ethics, and law—will explore the transformative potential and challenges of AI in improving public health outcomes while ensuring equitable access, privacy, and non-discrimination. Panelists will articulate key factors for establishing best practices and discuss the importance of interdisciplinary and multi-stakeholder collaboration in fostering an ethical governance framework. This dialogue will emphasize the pursuit of accountability, transparency, and legitimacy in AI applications, particularly in developing countries, underscoring the role of such innovations in advancing global health and sustainable development.
