To Report or Not - The Ethics of Clinician Disclosure of Patient Medical Conditions

Abstract: Attendees will discuss two cases: 1. clinician disclosure of medically impaired drivers to the state and 2. clinician disclosure to patient partners of their risk of sexually transmitted disease.

No prior reading is necessary, however for those interested, the following documents will be pertinent to the discussion:

Continuing medical education credit will be available for those in attendance.
