March 11, 2024 -
12:00pm to 1:00pm

Michael Huber, MD, MS
Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine

Abstract: The options for inpatient code status or medical emergency orders vary widely across institutions. This variability is the result of differing decisions on a variety of ethical challenges and can significantly influence communication and patient care. In this talk, Dr. Huber will review these challenges and areas to build consensus towards more uniform order options.

Continuing medical education credit will be available for those in attendance.
