Stacey Welch received a BS from Cornell University in 1992 and an MA in Medical Ethics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. Her MA thesis is entitled The Conflict of Interest of the Physician-Investigator.  From 2005 to 2009, she served as an Adjunct Lecturer, teaching bioethics, in the Department of Philosophy at Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL and is currently a Regulatory Affairs Professional and Bioethicist specializing in federal regulation, project management, clinical trials, and human subject protection in the greater New York City area.
