Claire Irving Horner, MA, JD

Claire Irving Horner received her BA from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2008, and is a 2011 graduate of the JD/MA Program at the University of Pittsburgh. Her thesis is entitled A Frozen Debate: Finding an Ethical Solution for the Regulation of Embryo Donation.  She is an Assistant Professor in the Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy at Baylor College of Medicine and a Clinical Ethicist at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center.  Pior to her position at Baylor, she completed a two-year clinical ethics fellowship at the Alden March Bioethics Institute at Albany Medical College.
