Interactive lecture / workshop with the Center for Genomic Gastronomy

In this interactive lecture / workshop the Center for Genomic Gastronomy will share some of our recent research about the biotechnologies and biodiversity of human food systems. We will visit a few different food databases together looking for explorations, experiment and exploits and create a few counterfactual recipes together. Topics include: Smog Tasting, Cobalt-60 Sauce, Open Source Seeds and a short history of transgenic tomatoes.
